Joshua D. McFadden

Joshua D. McFadden was raised in Southern California. He attended John Brown University (Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Magna Cum Laude 2001; M.B.A. 2004). While earning his M.B.A., Joshua was a Soderquist Fellow at the Soderquist Center for Leadership and Ethics. Joshua was subsequently awarded his Juris Doctor degree Magna Cum Laude in 2007 from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he was an ABA Foundation Ethics Scholar, served as Associate Editor of the Arkansas Law Review (2006 2007), served on the Honor Council, and belonged to the Phi Delta Phi international legal honor society.

Joshua is licensed to practice in both Arkansas and Oklahoma. He is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell, listed as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers (2018 and 2019), and is rated Superb by Avvo. He has also been recognized by the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal as a 40 Under 40 honoree.

As a Barrister member of the William B. Putman Inns of Court, a member of the Washington County and Arkansas Bar Associations, and as an elected member of both the Arkansas Bar Association Board of Governors and House of Delegates, Joshua is active in the Arkansas Bar. He has served on a variety of Arkansas Bar Association committees, including the House Advisory Committee, Legislative Committee, Judicial and Law Reform Committee, and Professional Ethics Committee.

Joshua’s primary areas of practice are complex commercial and business-related litigation. However, he also practices in the areas of real estate litigation, insurance defense litigation, bankruptcy, probate litigation, and debtor/creditor rights. In addition to his general practice, Joshua is certified as a civil mediator by the Arkansas Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission.
