Samantha Vital

Samantha Vital moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas in 2010 to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Arkansas. During her undergraduate career, she was a proud member of the Razorback Marching Band. Samantha graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minors in French and Legal Studies. She would continue her education at the University of Arkansas School of Law. In law school, Samantha worked as a Rule XV Student Attorney for the Fayetteville City Prosecutor’s Office where she focused on misdemeanor prosecutions. She received her Juris Doctor Cum Laude in May of 2017, and joined the firm immediately thereafter.

Samantha has become involved with the Arkansas Bar as a member of the Washington County Bar, member of the Arkansas Bar Association, and as an elected district representative of the Young Lawyers Section of the Arkansas Bar. Samantha has focused her practice to the areas of Immigration Law and Criminal Defense. She is licensed to practice in Arkansas and is authorized to practice U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law throughout the United States. Samantha is also bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to better communicate with her clients.
